
Team Lead IT Service Desk (f/m/d)

Your tasks & topics
- Technical and organizational leadership as well as further development of the "IT Service Desk" team
- Organizing day-to-day operations, including task and resource planning
- Coordinating requests from our business customers, involving internal teams from the Cloud, Security and Managed Kubernetes areas where needed
- Structuring and managing processes and workflows within the team
- Supporting the development of customer solutions and system architectures for our cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of our service quality and teamwork
- There is no classic shift model here: on-call duty is voluntary and paid
What you bring to the table
- Experience leading teams and projects in an IT operations environment
- Many years of hands-on practice in IT operations and service environments, ideally around cloud and Kubernetes infrastructures
- Familiarity with standard IT service management processes as well as with ticket-based service desk and IT monitoring software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A confident manner when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Independent, structured work with an eye for people, priorities and processes
- Business-fluent German (C1) and at least very good English skills
